Rosemary Ginger Pork

2.3 lb. Pork Tenderloin

1 Green Apple

Local Organic Honey


Ginger (dried)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Rub olive oil on thawed tenderloin, covering it entirely. Then cover the tenderloin in salt, pepper, rosemary, and ginger then set aside. Slice Green apple into small wedges. Put tenderloin in a glass dish and cut 5-8 slices in the top, then stuff an apple slice into each slit.

Put the extra apple slices around the tenderloin. Once everything is in drizzle the top with honey and put it in the oven. Bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Since all cuts of meat are different thicknesses make sure your tenderloin is cooked all the way through.
